How people pay
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and on-account credit. Balance-due and pay-later exist for the desk. Manual invoices cover the cases a self-serve checkout should not invent.

The ledger
Receipts are immutable. Competition joins are idempotent so a retry cannot bill twice. Staff settle at the desk against the same categories members see on their balance tab.

Credit and refunds
Refunds can return to facility credit. Partial credit can apply to an existing court booking. Token and pass movements show in history next to card payments.
